Something to Think About

Something to Think About: God made us just the way He wanted us. A complexion like no one else.  That dimple that we think is out of place. The mole that we are told is artificial. Hair that doesn’t do what we want it to do. Too tall to play with the little kids on the playground. That is what God wanted. We were made for His purpose. Romans 12:5 (MSG Version) says: “Since we find ourselves fashioned into all these excellently formed and marvelously functioning parts in Christ’s body, let’s go ahead and be what we were made to be.”  There is a Danish proverb that we should ponder: “What you are is God’s gift to you; what you do with yourself is your gift to God.” Just something to think about.
